I had an anual subscription

I had an anual subscription. I did not like it and i didn’t attend it for several months. So they renewed my subscription automatically. Who gave them the right to do it? I tried to cancel but they insisted to take money for one additional year claiming that was in accordance to “ the conditions and terms “. I feel they stolen my money.

It is not right that it constantly…

It is not right that it constantly redirects to premium features and makes word repetition paid for, everything is paid, so I am deleting the account and do not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent

Very good. Complete beginner to Russian. Short lessons, which make it easy to progress. The tuition is excellent. Love the interaction feature which lets native speakers give you feedback on your language attempts.

I would like to notice that the service that Busuu team makes is out of this world. I needed some help with the personal page, and thanks to Julia, everything went great, I got help super rush, and really enjoyed communication her, she’s really kind person 🙂 It’s always a pleasure to get an answer that fast and know, that everything is solvable!

Quality support

I had a problem using the app but thanks to Julia's accurate answers (support), my problem was quickly resolved.

Changing the email

I have contacted Busu Team for changing my email. It is not possible from app. Julia came back to me in less then 1 hour and she made this change. Thank you.

Customer Service is Great

I've got a few problems with my account because I haven't logged in for a while so I've reached out the customer service and they were really kind and helped me solve my problem and now I'm learning the language with the best ways.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Wait days for a reply then just get fobbed off with a standard reply. Issues with the app which never get resolved. Lots of free or cheaper resources which are better and have fewer issues.
