I am really liking Busuu

I am really liking Busuu. I studied french many years ago, so I am not a total beginner. I think that might make a difference. (It moves a little fast for a complete beginner, in my estimation). It is an excellent review of the most important grammar concepts, a fairly good listening experience, and especially (!) encourages members to speak or write things in their chosen language for practice, so that people who speak that language as natives can correct it. A valuable tool for drilling vocabulary and sentence structure

Busuu is actually a very exceptional program because language learning is about consistency and every day five or six minutes is actually enough for you to become very proficient in a language despite what everybody says there is no quick solution you have to do a little bit every day in this program makes language learning as fun as it can be

Auto-renewal taken - Refusing to refund

Busuu took £79.00 without permission from my credit card (whilst advertising 50% off for Black Friday new customers). They refuse to provide a refund despite immediately requesting cancellation and refund. Customer Services keep sending template emails with T&Cs. Be very careful! You may be forced to pay for a subscription you won't use. Update (06/12/2022): Advice to other users - Busuu will contact you and offer a full refund after you leave a negative Trustpilot review.
