Great app and customer service

I’ve been trying so many language app in the past few years and I’ve always failed to get engaged with them. I decided to give Busuu a try and I couldn’t be happier. The app is great (premium user), the community support is very helpful and keeps you from making silly mistakes. I had an issue with my subscription and Katya was just great and resolved my issue promptly.

Great application

Great application! However, I had a problem a few days ago with vocabulary words, which was resolved in (less than) a week. I guess I wasn't the only one with this problem because support (which takes 24 hours to respond) took a little longer, but ultimately that's ok. Julia, from support, kept me informed of the evolution of this bug from start to finish. Thank you.

Busuu's customer service (Julia helped me out in this case regarding a billing issue) is very good. Quick replies, problems are solved fast and in a satisfying way. Very polite. One of my best customer experiences regarding mobile apps, and continuously so. The app itself is phantastic, too.

Great way to learn another language!

I have had a great experience so far learning on my own pace a language of my choice. The different options to explore on the site plus the opportunity to have live sessions is great! I like the challenges and points system when we help others. It's fun that we can help each other and we don't depend on a teacher. I wish there was a bit more explanation on some word choices to create a sentence. I'd also wish every exercise had a translation provided and an option to hear the word/sentence ...
