What do you like best? The ability to tag my colleagues in notes so they can see after I speak to someone and what I need from them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Bullhorn provided an all in one solution that provided effective tools for both Recruiters and Sales people. It also had integrated email which was a must for my company as we were geographically dispersed. Everyone was on the same page assuming BH was being utilized the way it was designed. Review of Bullhorn

What do you like best? Bullhorn is a nice, lightweight SAAS ATS. It can log candidates, companies, jobs, and placement. What do you dislike? Bullhorn has gotten better over the years but was a very clunkly, limited software. It does not interface with payroll as well and does not fully interact with the website job board as well as we would like. Other HCM platforms are stronger in this regard. Exactly what you need!

What do you like best? Very clean UI. You can do almost everything with Bullhorn. Enter, track, and place candidates. You can add notes, comments, titles, etc. The search feature works extremely smoothly. It is pretty fast but does have a some bugs. What do you dislike? It does freeze sometimes. I've had a great experience with Bullhorn's product, Sendouts

What do you like best? I think that Sendouts is a very easy tool to utilize when it comes to inputting candidates and resumes and viewing this information. What do you dislike? From time to time, Sendouts can be very slow or have some technical difficulties. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend this product. Solid ATS, not sure service matches price (increases)

What do you like best? Web access allows for access outside of office (though not with Tablets or mobile or non IE browsers). What do you dislike? Service, inability to access from browsers other than IE. Price increases. Recommendations to others considering the product: Shop around. Their sales team is pretty solid. Their service/support isn't. They've talked about making their system work across browsers for 3+ years.

What do you like best? I have used three different types of recruiting applications during my time as a technical recruiter and Bullhorn is by far the best. It is extremely robust and easy to use.
