Powerful, Functional, Adaptable Recruitment Tool
What do you like best? I run a recruitment agency, that has historically used an old and dated recruitment CRM with limited ATS functionality. Moving to Jobscience has given me the ability to use a truly mobile platform which can be accessed anywhere, even using android / iPhone apps. it means that notes can be added on client site to the right records, it means that more data is entered in the right place accurately, and it has a really powerful search engine built in to enable fast and ...

Brilliant Recruitment System
What do you like best? It is straight forward to use. Being not the most technical person around I found it easy to pick up. The easiest thing for our business in that it is fully integrated with Salesforce, therefor it is easy for us to connect it to our +People application. What do you dislike? There's not much I dislike with the system, I think the main reason is that I don't fully utilize all of its functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Jobscience CRM - finally a system that can handle EVERYTHING!
What do you like best? Our org has used 4 CRM/ATS products. None of them were able to handle the type of functionality that Jobscience offers... they are in a different league. What do you dislike? There are occasionally things that require attention, however, the JS team is super open to taking recommendations and incorporating the fixes or suggestions into future releases... and they REALLY DO IT! Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. What problems ...

Strong support from Account Manager
What do you like best? The account manager has been extremely helpful and responsive. There were certain features I wanted for Jobscience, in terms of making job visible, sending updates to candidates...there are limits within the JobScience system but the account manager was always willing to hear the issue we were facing and then present us with options on how to solve the issue or meet our needs. The system is fairly easy to use and seems flexible in how it can be used. The online ...

Makes life simple for a large recruiting team to function efficiently
What do you like best? The ability for various teams to work on the same interface - Sales, Recruiting and HR. Everyone stays on the same page from opening a requisition, to a successful placement and on-boarding. What do you dislike? Some actions take too many clicks. Pages do not always auto-refresh. Reporting capabilities fro metrics have some limitations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping teams informed at every ...

Great Support and Interactions
What do you like best? When we were starting out and very green with Salesforce they were key to helping us understanding the platform we chose. We have some specialized workflows and needs that deviate from most of their other customers but they worked very well with us on understanding what can be changed to suit our needs or what we would need to adapt to. Them helping us get started on the platform was very helpful in making this rollout very smooth. They have been very attentive to ...

Fan of Bullhorn
What do you like best? I love the design and functionality of Bullhorn, it is very easy to use and learn. What do you dislike? Nothing specific comes to mind. Bullhorn is constantly updating and adding more tools that can enhance your experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a pretty large database of applicants, and the availability of tools to further dig in to our pool of candidates is incredible.

BullHorn helps get a lot done, especially when a lot of recruiters are working on a lot of jobs.
What do you like best? Ability to keep great records, and collaboaret across non local teams of sles people and recruiters. Also, I like that we can build customizable tags and fields to accommodate or streamline our processes. What do you dislike? Reporting capacities - They are very basic, and do not work well for a staffing agency trying to keep a close eye on recruiter productivity and relate metrics to the job worked on. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
