What do you like best? Solid baseline off the shelf functionality, good customer support, reasonable price. What do you dislike? Very unstructured database and field associations, almost too flexible. Some key features are hard-coded and cannot be changed from the administrative workflow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Electronic/web time-cards for consultants and their manager approving.

What do you like best? The notes that you add into candidates, jobs, clients, etc. I like the fact that the note section is a quick reference to utilize daily. I also like that the emails are tracked via Bullhorn to use for reference when needing to go back and look at something. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Applicant Tracking Systems is great. Customer tracking is also excellent. What do you dislike? The product does not come together as a complete solution. What do you like best? As a candidate management system ONLY it is OK. Not brilliant, just OK. To be fair, their development team were quite good when it came to integration with our web site. The developers had a lot of trouble with the API's on the hosted version, very ridged and difficult to work with as a product. What do you dislike? The software is attractive, the search functions are Boolean searchable, there are dashboards if you can talk your support rep into getting them to work accurately (we can't) What do you dislike? System is as good as you configure it to be

What do you like best? Being built on Salesforce, has advantage of the salesforce ecosystem of add-ons and plugins to augment the software. Power Uploader bulk parsing is a nice feature. Lots of configuration options, the system really is what you (and your implementation contact) make of it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy functionality and user interface. Not as many functions as a top-notch CRM could have, but it has more than enough to be useful for a small/mid-sized staffing firm. What do you like best? I really like Bullhorn's tab feature. You can multitask and accomplish a lot quickly. It really helps with your organizational tasks and keeps you on top of your day.
