What do you like best? I like that it's easy to add my notes for a candidate and to have a dashboard where I can see what's on my plate. I like the ability to view others notes as well. What do you dislike? The UI is not user friendly, clunky, and confusing. There's too much noise overall and it can be hard to find what I need when I'm just trying to do simple tasks within the interface. Great product, but the on-going training is the worst

What do you like best? This product is perfect if you run a staffing firm. What do you dislike? They don't have training on video. If you have turnover, which most agencies do, there isn't a video library that a new recruiter can go and get trained up. What do you like best? Great tool for having different modules open at the same time and ability to work on several items at the same time. Love the tearsheets, activity center tied to email and ease of adding new candidates. What do you dislike? Searching can be challenging. Ability to change/add notes needs to be enhanced. What do you like best? The user interface is the easiest CRM I have ever used. When you open the cloud software, everything is right where you think it should be. Adding, editing and removing information is very simple. The customer service is great to work with and they are usually very helpful with questions. What do you like best? I like that it is a full service database and serves all of our needs. What do you dislike? I think the search features could be more user friendly. Recommendations to others considering the product: none come to mind What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Didn't have the functionality we needed for onboarding - ended up creating a lot of workarounds

What do you like best? The recruiting tool was easy to use for the recruiters and it automatically integrated with sites like LinkedIn. JobScience also worked with us to customize the job listing link so it matched our website which was great! The onboarding tool, which is an add on they offer, is great for new hires. Running with the Bullhorn

What do you like best? I love the search functionality of it. You don't have to remember exact spelling for candidate names. Only the first 3 letters of the first and last name. Or you could search by phone and email as well. The system itself is really nice and intuitive. Tearsheets are a life saver. What do you like best? We have been a Bullhorn customer for over 8 years. It is quick to get new recruiters up and running as the system is very user-friendly and easy to learn. I love that you can easily customize every screen in Bullhorn so that it fits your companies workflow! The improved list functionality in S release has greatly helped our company.
