Bullhorn CRM Review
What do you like best? Bullhorn is very easy to navigate and very user friendly for our new employees. What do you dislike? sometimes it is slow, and "thinks" for long periods of time. Integration with other softwares such as Talentwise took 3 times longer than expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We mainly use BH for data storage. It is great for recruiters and sales.

Use Bullhorn to manage contacts
What do you like best? I like that multiple people can manage contacts. I've worked on past CRM that made it difficult when more than one person owned a contact. Bullhorn is nice that multiple individuals can go in and edit and manage a contact. It is also nice that we are able to have individuals as both a client and a candidate. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to add old positions to a contact without having to archive, etc. I would like to see that so-and-so used to ...

Bullhorn CRM Review
What do you like best? We like the speed at which we can enter new Leads, share them out to our Account Managers, and then track their progress as they convert them to Opportunities. It is nice to be able to see the "size of the deal" and the potential revenue so we can better focus our efforts. What do you dislike? We are an existing Bullhorn user company but recently made the upgrade to Enterprise Edition and CRM. I like that the reports and cards are easy and flexible to ...
