This Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is thoroughly customizable and makes it easy to add new candidate records with its drag and drop tools. What do you like best? I have been using a few similar software, the system is intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? There is a real problem in the web compatibility, it has been quite challenging for us to setup the job board. Bullhorn is a great CRM for medium to large staffing agencies

What do you like best? Bullhorn allows our entire company to quickly and efficiently share data about the job orders we receive, or the candidates we're trying to place. This is especially beneficial with a company like ours that has offices throughout the country and aboard. What do you dislike? Bullhorn CRM Review

What do you like best? Bullhorn is very easy to navigate and very user friendly for our new employees. What do you dislike? sometimes it is slow, and "thinks" for long periods of time. Integration with other softwares such as Talentwise took 3 times longer than expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We mainly use BH for data storage. It is great for recruiters and sales.

Love Bullhorn

What do you like best? It keeps me organized. Love the tearsheets and tasks. What do you dislike? I'd really like to be able to do radius searches but I find them ineffective because postal codes are not a mandatory filed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? N/A

Use Bullhorn to manage contacts

What do you like best? I like that multiple people can manage contacts. I've worked on past CRM that made it difficult when more than one person owned a contact. Bullhorn is nice that multiple individuals can go in and edit and manage a contact. It is also nice that we are able to have individuals as both a client and a candidate. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to add old positions to a contact without having to archive, etc. I would like to see that so-and-so used to ...

What do you like best? In theory, the leads and opportunities make sense from a sales perspective. Once we fine tune the sales & quotas section, then we will see some value. What do you dislike? Not all of of our employees are in sales, so when more than half of your staff doesn't have a need to use, then you wonder if you are getting true ROI on the product. Highly customizable ATS

What do you like best? The platform is great as it is highly customizable to your needs, it allows you to manage and track applicants very thoroughly. What do you dislike?
