Bullhorn, an excellent CRM for the recruitment industry
What do you like best? Bullhorn has saved us time and money by incorporating our offline processes 'online'. Working with Bullhorn's Marketplace partners has meant that from the time we place a job advertisement on the web to setting up our contractors (and them completing timesheets) is now completely online with zero offline paperwork. Unpredictable - I find BH to be clunky.
What do you like best? I wish I could come up with 40 words on "Likes" about BH. I feel like this version was rushed to market and doesn't function optimally. I'm disappointed with it. What do you dislike? The interface is clunky. I can't take notes and look at the candidate profile and resume at the same time. What do you like best? I love the search functionality of it. You don't have to remember exact spelling for names. Only the first 3 letters of the first and last name.
