What do you like best? It's great, keeps us organized. I like the way you can search people's names with only three letters. EX: Sarah Thomas You can search Sar Tho I know its simple.... What do you like best? easy of use, ability to customize for each users preference. Great for creating customizable reports for jobs/candidates/other factors in tracking performance. Solid CRM That's Easy To Use/Navigate

What do you like best? I enjoy being able to easily use the reports and tying them into the dashboard so that our consultants can easily see their metrics. What do you like best? I love that it is easy to do reporting, submit, and organize candidates. What do you dislike? I dislike that you cannot keep opening tabs, whenever you open a candidate it overwrites the previous one you had opened and so on. What problems are you solving with the product? Bullhorn is an excellent full-featured ATS that does just about everything we need it to do.

What do you like best? Everything is integrated well including notes, emails and tasks. Multi-tasking is intuitive. What do you dislike? Some resume sources have major issues with formatting. CRM and reporting features are somewhat lacking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We depend on Bullhorn for all of our sales and recruiting operations.

Use everyday for a ATS for staffing

What do you like best? Bullhorn is a very user friendly ATS we use on a daily basis for staffing our projects. It does the trick for what we need to get done. What do you dislike? This software has a couple of flaws that I have seen over the past 5 years using it. It has a hard time handling PDF documents. It also has a hard time picking up if a candidate is duplicated sometimes creating more than one file for the same candidate. What problems are you solving with the product? ...
