Easy to Use But Nothing Exciting
What do you like best? Makes my contacts easy to navigate, easy to delegate tasks and look up information. What do you dislike? Needs constant management and updating, which most CRM software does, but it hoards a lot of old and irrelevant data that we simply don't need anymore and can get thrown into the mix making my job a little tougher. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely really easy to train new hires on. It's easy to navigate and very ...

Good enough
What do you like best? Bullhorn makes it really easy keep track of candidates and client information. It keeps everything in one place - the notes feature is the most helpful. Easy to learn What do you dislike? The ability to customize comes with a price, EVERYTHING is extra! And we pay A LOT for Bullhorn as is. While the Bullhorn is web-based, it fails to run smoothly on a mobile platform, and often times, the loading times are a little sluggish. The integrations with things like ...

Great CRM for recruiting firm
What do you like best? Seeing the history and streamlining notes and information across recruiters. What do you dislike? There is no undo! If you make a mistake and type a note or parse a candidate you no longer want in the system, there's no going back. The process for updating status of interview (scheduled, passed, turndown) could also be better What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have several clients and jobs with different ...

School example of good management tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My work is more organized, and I feel more efficient than ever before. Now that I'm doing recruiting so accurately, I can say that the program helps the work, but what it helps the most are the workers. No stress folks, for real! What aspects are problematic or could work better? I'm not going to make a storm in a glass, but I'm not satisfied at all with the search button. It takes too much time to produce results which are not ...

What do you like best? The accessibility and ease of navigation. Being able to do multiple things at once is awesome and very helpful on the recruiting end. It saves time, and saving time saves money What do you dislike? It can be interrupted a lot. Not sure because of the updates constantly happening or what. Also, the mobile application lags sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Continue the upgrades and continued teaching. Its awesome. What ...
