Easy to Use But Nothing Exciting

What do you like best? Makes my contacts easy to navigate, easy to delegate tasks and look up information. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The accessibility and ease of navigation. Being able to do multiple things at once is awesome and very helpful on the recruiting end.
