What do you like best? I like that they have had a representative come to the office and thoroughly explain the best ways to use the system. What do you dislike? They had reformatted their system a couple months ago and at first had some issues but at this time there seems to be no issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to connect easily with colleagues.

What do you like best? How easy it is to navigate! You can easily find candidates and import them into the system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I liked the ability to have everything in one place, and online instead of in a separate application attached to the desktop. I also liked all the different options for things you talked to clients about and for the different phases of the hiring process. What do you dislike? A simple and affordable product for small and large companies

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We purchased it because of the service it provides, namely follow ups from the sales team, trainees and managers all in one, but I think we'd go for it even if it were more modest, we couldn't let such price slip away. Plenty of features, all of them effective, but what I like the most is the helpdesk where all questions and concerns are displayed for me to respond. Decent system, but was quite slow and did not parse well often.

What do you like best? I like the reports and the ease of entering candidates. What do you dislike? It was always very slow logging in and making changes. It would crash a lot too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking applicants, it was good way to track them through the hiring process.

Fantastic for Recruiting Solutions

What do you like best? The clean design, easy edit functions of candidate portals, and integration with contracting. You can also sync with your outlook calendar to assign appointments and tasks which is super helpful. What do you dislike? It takes some times for posted appointments to refresh. What do you like best? Integration with Gmail. Database searches. Customer support. What do you dislike? Would like to have more ways to slice and dice the database. Great System

What do you like best? I love how everything is linked together, from Candidates to Placements, Contacts to Jobs. I also love that it is accessible anywhere I have internet access and compatible on my phone. What do you dislike? Great ATS

What do you like best? Sendouts/Bullhorn works faster than other ATS I've used in the past. I like how many different ways you can source and search very specifically for location, key words, and recruiters ownership. Relatively easy to use and learn. What do you dislike? Occasionally glitching, but I think that's common with any ATS. Sometimes the dashboard doesn't show everything of all pending candidates which is my biggest and only true complaint.
