Good features but room for improvement

What do you like best? Tearsheets are great and make it easy to do mass emails. What do you dislike? Hierarchy does not work - cannot see sister companies or anything else. Bullhorn great for applicant tracking

What do you like best? My favorite aspect of bullhorn is the simplicity of adding new candidates to the tl tracking systems. What do you dislike? I don’t have any any major issues with bullhorns. There’s less chance of adding repeat candidates which Is helpful

Great ATS system

What do you like best? A lot of options for filtering. You can save searches, really filter for a good search to find candidates. You can set reminders/tasks to follow up with potential clients or candidates What do you dislike? Don't really have any complaints. What do you like best? Bullhorn seems to be one of the more robust CRMs in the market right now. Easily track applicants and clients with their software. Very easy to use. What do you dislike? Excellent ATS for any type of recruiting!

What do you like best? I have used Bullhorn in the past with three different recruiting companies. I used it twice with Physician Recruiting companies and once with an insurance staffing firm. It has been by far my favorite ATS I have used. I love that it incorporates email into it as well. My favorite aspect of Bullhorn was the ability to create tearsheets. I created tearsheets to use as call lists, and since they were static, they wouldn't change unless I removed them from the list. ...
