20 year old software - Better have a SQL expert on hand.

What do you like best? It easily connects with your Bullhorn CRM data and you have a better view of the data and can reach data that is not available in any of the Company/Candidate/Client/Job list views. What do you dislike? I am sure, that if you are an experienced SQL or old-school BI application user, this tool would be extremely powerful. Heading in the right direction

What do you like best? Tracks a lot of information and very usable What do you dislike? Can be a bit cluttered and almost to dense to get full use off Recommendations to others considering the product: Overall great service What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a staffing company we speak to so many candidates a day. Bullhorn makes it easier to keep everyone on the same page from department to department.

Bullhorn is intuitive and quite thorough

What do you like best? I used Bullhorn years ago when I was a recruiter and it was really easy to use, very comprehensive, and had great search functionality. I rarely remember having issues with it or disliking certain functionality. What do you dislike? Honestly, I really can't remember having issues with it. What do you like best? It does the work. Bullhorn is good for any larger scale company in the recruiting world. It has all the functions needed for a larger organization, with logging phone calls, candidates, and sending out opportunities. What do you dislike? Great ATS - Best in business

What do you like best? Bullhorn is the best ATS in the business. Having used three others, I can say Bullhorn does the best for ATS and tying into back office. What do you dislike? It can be a bit clunky in the "candidate may be in your system already". Often pulls up names that are very different with email being very different, too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much faster candidate tracking.
