Endless features, endless benefits

PROS: What I love about Building Engines is that it has an extensive toolbox. It’s very accessible, thanks to its availability as an app too. To top it all off, I’m truly grateful for its feature that allows me to do a quick background check on our external vendors. This has saved me a lot of headaches. CONS: The mobile app isn’t as complete nor as sophisticated as the version in my browser.

Reduces the bulk of my manual tasks!

PROS: This program makes my work so much easier. It assists me in most of my admin tasks. So far my impression is that it is user-friendly too. In the off-chance that I run into any issues regarding the program, I know that their customer reps are always just a phone call away. CONS: For some reason, their mobile app capabilities are limited. If you want the full experience, you would be better off opening the program in your PC.

PROS: We’ve just recently rolled out a company-wide implementation of Building Engines to oversee all of our operations, and I’m honestly just so thrilled that this is happening. We’ve never been more efficient. We’ve cut down so much manual (and even unnecessary) steps from our workflow. It has facilitated a paperless drive within the company too—a feat that seemed almost impossible with our previous processes. CONS: To be honest, I think that we have downgraded instead of upgraded from ...

Accessible and convenient.

PROS: The convenience alone sets Building Engines apart from its competitors. I especially like that it is available on mobile. I can quickly log in tasks and file cases right where I am—I don’t have to run back to my work station to do so. CONS: I can’t control who gets notified about work-related updates. I hope that the developers would grant us the freedom to control this too.
