What do you like best about Building Engines? It is easy to use and very user friendly. The support staff is prompt and knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience. What do you dislike about Building Engines? Sometimes tenants are not able to login and their password has to be reset. Not sure if this is due to updates or something on their end, but one person kept having this issue, so I deleted them out of the system and then added them back and they haven't had the problem ...

What do you like best? BE's response time is very good. I haven't had any problems communicating with service support staff. They have been effective and efficient. What do you dislike? I'm not a fan of how they categorize the search menu. I think they are going in the right direction. However, I oftentimes, find myself calling BE when I would just rather search for the information.
