What do you like best about Buddy Punch? Buddy Punch is very easy to use, configurable and the customer service cannot be beat! What do you dislike about Buddy Punch? We just use the Timekeeping function and there is nothing we dislike What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you? It is easier to get our employees to complete and submit their timecards on time. We have eliminated the paper timecards.

What do you like best about Buddy Punch? Buddy Punch is easy to use, after you go through the initial setup. The tracking of PTO and holidays pre-set is superb. Payroll reports are easy to understand and easy to process. The team is VERY responsive- and I've never had to wait for help when needed. LOVE them. What do you dislike about Buddy Punch? Would like to be able to have the scheduling finessed. We currently scheduled staff on gmail, and are unable to merge into buddy punch easily.... ...

I really appreciate how they seem to be constantly working on improvements to make sure the product is efficient to the user. What do you like best about Buddy Punch? Mostly, I appreciate the user-friendly aspect. It doesn't take long at all for our employees to feel comfortable using. What do you dislike about Buddy Punch? What do you like best about Buddy Punch? GPS Tracker is what I love the best since majority of our employees are out on different location. What do you dislike about Buddy Punch? None at this time! It works well of what we needed. What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking out of location employees. I find it nice knowing that I can track the GPS of our employees and the fencing as well is amazing.

What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you? A variety of of other online clock in systems weren't working properly. The benefit is having one centralized online system that is easy to work with.

What do you like best about Buddy Punch? The hourly staff can manage their own time since Buddy Punch tells them how many hours they have left in their 40-hour work week. What do you dislike about Buddy Punch? I'd prefer an easier export option for time sheets. What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you? We have saved countless dollars on unnecessary overtime due to lack of supervision. Buddy Punch makes this easy with email and text alerts.

What do you like best about Buddy Punch? Extremely easy online portal to use for employer. Generation of reports is on demand and customization. Integrates with Quickbooks. Best feature is definitely the price. We are a small company with only 2-4 part time employees at a time. I chose Buddy Punch because they were the most reasonably priced option out there without requiring an entire overhaul of new procedures and equipment.
