What do you like best about Brushfire? The event registration customer service has been amazing! The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to support me as the organizer and my attendees. What do you dislike about Brushfire? The backend could be more user-friendly for the creator. It has improved since I started using it, but there are still opportunities to improve. Not as "pretty" as some other systems, admin functionality seems a little clunky, and integration options are limited What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you? Brushfire allows us to quickly create individual registration pages for our mult-site annual events.

Working for an organization with many repeat conferences, trips and events, the ability to copy a previous event has made my job much more manageable. Their software is wonderful and helps us accomplish all of our event registration needs, I love the east to use interface for users, and their team is so helpful & quick to respond when we need them! The ability to use this for so many things for events (sales, check in, monitoring, etc.) We were able to not only track how many people had signed up for our events, but also collect attendee information and demographics, (which helped us to plan for the event), contact information (to send those who had gotten tickets or registered for the event necessary information beforehand), and a check in list that we can use electronically (to tick off names ...
