What do you like best about Brushfire? The customer service, usability, and ease of attendee interface is incredible. What do you dislike about Brushfire? Sometimes the logic of the fields don't do what we are looking for them to do. But that is also a learning curve on our end. What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you? They are able to customize our events in a way other platforms are unable to do.

What do you like best about Brushfire? It's an all in one platform, offers the flexibility of create your own events with. Easily Integrates video and online platforms with an easy to navigate interface. You can jump to your event with a "create your own" which saver implementation time. "Brushfire: An Intuitive but Detailed Platform"
What do you like best about Brushfire? Brushfire is any easy way to set up and manage registrations and payments for events. I have used it for private lessons payment, school production seating reservations, and summer camp registrations. It's a versitile platform that allows for a lot of customization on each event. "They understood what I needed"
What do you like best about Brushfire? They cater to Christian events. They get it. Customer service is awesome! They understood and treated me as though the success of my event truly mattered to them. What do you dislike about Brushfire? Brushfire is robust enough to handle our event-registration needs--both on a large scale, and small-group events, too--and still simple enough to learn on the fly. What do you like best about Brushfire? I like that I can pull as many reports as I need and only the infomation that I need. I like that there are various levels of "ownership" that you can give out to your team that helps me streamline and delegate with ease. What do you dislike about Brushfire? What do you like best about Brushfire? being able to customize our ticketing site, Easy for customer to purchase or reserve spots, Multiple different reports for any need. What do you dislike about Brushfire? The fee structure. We want a low cost option for our attendees What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use, incredibly good technical support"
What do you like best about Brushfire? I've been using Brushfire for a few years now when Eventbrite's fees got too high. I really love how easy it is to create an event and customize pictures, confirmation page and confirmation email, plus sending emails to attendees, even after the event is over (Eventbrite claims the email goes out after the event, but 0% of the people receive it). What do you like best about Brushfire? The UI is straightforward to use. Setting up an event takes very little time and creating multiple pricing tiers is straightforward and almost anyone can do it. What do you like best about Brushfire? The ease of access for all employees. So user friendly! Event reporting is extremely easy to navigate. I also value the quick customer support and the feedback that the Brushfire team encourages. What do you dislike about Brushfire?
