Amazing App for Childcare!

What do you like best? The communication is far more easy by using brightwheel. Parents have one place to see what is going on with their child(ren) throughout the day. I used to use paper and had to write down everything that each kiddo did during the day, this gets rid of paper, saves the environment, and gives parents every bit of information that they need to know throughout the day. What do you like best? We love all the features of brightwheel! It helps us operate our child care center much more efficiently! What do you dislike? The only suggestion for improvement is that I wish parents had the option to private message an admin. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Tool for Teachers, Families and Admin

What do you like best? Lots of great ways to communicate with families, tuition payments are a breeze, documenting children's progress using DRDP is simple. BW code writers are open to new ideas, listen to customers and will make and improve their program based on direct feedback. What do you dislike? The billing records could be improved. What do you like best? I love that the communication between caregivers and parents has improved greatly since using Brightwheel. What do you dislike? Navigating the lesson plan section is a little more time consuming that I would like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication with parents and the expense of not using so much paper for reports is awesome.

Best childcare program by far!

What do you like best? Brightwheel is very easy to use for staff and parents. Child check in and/or check out is very quick. We've saved a lot of time at our program by using brightwheel. What do you dislike? Billing could use some improvements. It would be very helpful if parents could pay on the app. It would also be nice for parents to see their total balance due and whether they have a credit. Switching kids from one room to another should be easier than signing them out of one room and then back in to another. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I think the billing section is easy to use. What do you dislike? You can not enter in advance payments, so I have to make sure to remember to note the current payment and go back the following week to enter it. Makes the care we provide families so much better than before!

What do you like best? There are so many features that we take advantage of. We receive tuition payments in a timely manner. We have been able to provide parents with another level of communication. It brightens parents day to receive a picture of their child smiling in the middle of the day; it offers peace of mind.
