Great app for preschool!

What do you like best? Beighthwheel has helped our school become more environmentally friendsly. Using electronic sign- in, rather than papers for caretakers to sign in daily. It has help send automatic bills to parents without us having to remember to bill each month. What do you dislike? One downside is not having a class photo album. What do you like best? I love that you can do automatic billing for parents, and update them in real-time. What do you dislike? We love how easy brightwheel is to use and all of the features we can use to run our business.

What do you like best? I really like being able to view the classroom ratios and staff from anywhere I am. Also, from home I can bill or check timecards. What do you dislike? I wish I could message staff the way I message parents. Also I wish there was a way to block staff from being able to clock in and out from their phones. Easy, convenient, and accessible to parents and ataff

What do you like best? The daily reports as they are a state requirement. Being able to communicate with parents quickly. What do you dislike? Wish they automatically added the late fees. What do you like best? Love the messaging and online payment options. What do you dislike? I want to access a breakdown of monthly fees in a report without needing to look up each deposit and add the fees myself. I would like more accounting features. User friendly and GREAT customer service

What do you like best? Brightwheel keeps everything in one place for all of our students. Customer support is always so easy to get a hold of and quick with an answer. They're always improving the software and listening to customer feedback. What do you dislike? We have multiple centers so it would be beneficial to be able to use the same logins for staff as they sometimes float from center to center. Same with the children, some attend two of our centers depending on availability. ...
