What do you like best? Currently we use the billing and payment feature, the check in program,,the ratio per class. I love the new immunizations feature in the future. BRIGHTWHEEL, well worth the investment

What do you like best? Brightwheel does IT ALL. Its the one stop shop in a world full of too many apps. Parents can pay, communicate and stay connected to the program through one application. As an administrator this is the single most used application. It organizes finances, communication and projects fantastically. What do you dislike? There are some quirks that are inconvenient. Brightwheel is excellent for private or charter school use

What do you like best? We have been using brightwheel and it has been useful to any users with different objectives. I personally use it to keep track of the business finances, send invoices, and set up payment plans. I find it easy to use and I like that they have an app. What do you dislike? The credit card fee is a bit high 2.9% and there is no way to automatically or optionally charge that to the customer. It gets complicated when you try to transfer that charge to the customer ...

What do you like best? I like that I can use the computer, phone or tablet to check on class ratios and for checkin and out. I like that parents and teachers can communicate easily throughout the day. What do you dislike? I would like for teachers from different classes to be able to see posts from other room or be able to communicate between rooms. What do you like best? I like that we have the ability to communicate with parents and share their child's day with them. It gives them insight into what is going on and what they are learning about. Brightwheel saves me time and money!

What do you like best? The family engagement is so much better in my program. I like that I have a saved written record of everything communicated to the parents. We are starting to use the lesson plan tab as well. Love that new feature. What do you dislike? I would like to see Montessori activity tabs.
