Amazing!

What do you like best? Ive only used brightwheel for a couple months but they have the best customer service I have ever seen. The message ability to get an answer with in a couple of minutes is absolutely AMAZING! We have gotten so much great feedback from parents. What do you like best? I love how it does so many different things for us in one app. I love the billing feature I love the parent communication and ability to send photos etc What do you dislike? Good experience, but still have some issues.

What do you like best? The user interface is great and easy to follow. Our staff is able to access the app through their iphones or our ipads. What do you dislike? Unable to be in the check-in room and look up players, need to go into a different part of the app to do this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to send notifications to all members through BrightWheel and also keep track of all visits to our programs.

Great Platform for Parents and Teachers

What do you like best? It is an efficient way for parents and teachers to communicate and it’s great for keeping parents informed throughout the day. What do you dislike? Some features need to be developed. For instance, profile editing could be easier for parents who want to change their contact information. Great Platform

What do you like best? The pictures and the app. The instant messaging feature is also helpful. What do you dislike? The parent contacts/ family contacts, can be confusing as to who sees all of the feed info. Better ability to communicate with staff. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Constant communication with parents.

I Love Brightwheel

What do you like best? Love the messaging and online payment options. What do you dislike? I want to access a breakdown of monthly fees in a report without needing to look up each deposit and add the fees myself. I would like more accounting features. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It manages rosters and saves me time and paperwork.

Easy, convenient, and accessible to parents and ataff

What do you like best? The daily reports as they are a state requirement. Being able to communicate with parents quickly. What do you dislike? Wish they automatically added the late fees. That’s just a personal thing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take your time and watch the how to videos What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication is easier and more convenient to parents.

We love how easy brightwheel is to use and all of the features we can use to run our business.

What do you like best? I really like being able to view the classroom ratios and staff from anywhere I am. Also, from home I can bill or check timecards. What do you dislike? I wish I could message staff the way I message parents. Also I wish there was a way to block staff from being able to clock in and out from their phones.
