What do you like best? Every growing and changing. They listen to ideas and try and implement them. Very helpful if there is a question. What do you dislike? Wish there was a way to see infants needs all at once instead of clicking in each child. But heard their maybe a new update about reminders that could take the place of seeing the whole room. Fantastic app

What do you like best? love how easy it makes the communication with school parents. Great to give parents a private "instagram" style feed. Also makes texting with parents easy without staff giving out their private phone numbers. What do you dislike? Love the app - never had any problems with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes daily communication with families in the school a breeze!

Amazing!

What do you like best? Ive only used brightwheel for a couple months but they have the best customer service I have ever seen. The message ability to get an answer with in a couple of minutes is absolutely AMAZING! We have gotten so much great feedback from parents. What do you like best? Without brightwheel, parents would have little understanding of what our day-to-day routine looks like nor would they have as much appreciation. What do you like best? I like that everything is made easy and if you run into any trouble there are step by step videos on how to navigate your way through and if not there is always excellent costumer service reps that will walk you through correcting any issue you may have.
