An all encompassing app for child care providers

What do you like best? The ease to communicate with parents and the staff integration with clocking in and out as a way to track hours for payroll. What do you dislike? Billing. I feel like there could be some major upgrades to the way we bill parents, it has been very time consuming compared to other programs. Great concept, lacking some key features

What do you like best? I like that brightwheel can message parents so quickly and has a database of all of the students parent info. It's easy to see the roster and the students that are checked in. I like being able to call parents from the app, and the variation of messages to be sent (emergency, incident, etc). What do you dislike? What do you like best? Our parents, staff, and administration all love having the ability to communicate throughout the day, share photos, and track everything electronically. Brightwheel has been a wonderful addition to our center! What do you dislike? We don't currently use the billing side of Brightwheel. What do you like best? The best feature on Brightwheel is the updates parents are able to receive throughout the day. What do you dislike? It is a hassle to change children's classroom status. However, with enough practice it was a little less time consuming. What do you like best? I love the ease of access of the application. It is very user-friendly, and both parents and staff members have easily adapted to use. What do you like best? The communication abilities to keep in touch with parents. What do you dislike? While our organization no longer uses billing, I would say just in the little bit I've had to do going back and getting invoices that the interface needs work. What do you like best? Every growing and changing. They listen to ideas and try and implement them. Very helpful if there is a question. What do you dislike? Fantastic app

What do you like best? love how easy it makes the communication with school parents. Great to give parents a private "instagram" style feed. Also makes texting with parents easy without staff giving out their private phone numbers. What do you dislike? Love the app - never had any problems with it.
