I LOVE BRIGHTWHEEL!!

What do you like best? Brightwheel eliminates the use of having so much paper. We use Bright wheel for signing in and out the children. Payroll, attendance, and sending notes to parents What do you dislike? Sometimes the app does not load properly that hinders us from our staff clocking in/out. Great resource need improvement.

What do you like best? The communication abilities to keep in touch with parents. What do you dislike? While our organization no longer uses billing, I would say just in the little bit I've had to do going back and getting invoices that the interface needs work. What do you like best? The best feature on Brightwheel is the updates parents are able to receive throughout the day. What do you dislike? It is a hassle to change children's classroom status. What do you like best? Our parents, staff, and administration all love having the ability to communicate throughout the day, share photos, and track everything electronically. Brightwheel has been a wonderful addition to our center! What do you dislike? We don't currently use the billing side of Brightwheel. What do you like best? We use Brightwheel mostly for billing and communicating with parents, both work well for our school. What do you dislike? The fact that we were able to create multiple profiles for one student, in error, and are not able to correct this created a problem for us. What problems are you solving with the product? Great Platform

What do you like best? The pictures and the app. The instant messaging feature is also helpful. What do you dislike? The parent contacts/ family contacts, can be confusing as to who sees all of the feed info. Better ability to communicate with staff. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Constant communication with parents.

Good experience, but still have some issues.

What do you like best? The user interface is great and easy to follow. Our staff is able to access the app through their iphones or our ipads. What do you dislike? Unable to be in the check-in room and look up players, need to go into a different part of the app to do this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to send notifications to all members through BrightWheel and also keep track of all visits to our programs.
