Easy to use, practical app
What do you like best? I liked the capabilities that Brightwheel had. It is very easy to use and maneuver through. I also love the app's look and ease of use. What do you dislike? It was difficult switching between Brightwheel accounts. I have an account for his school and for his soccer and they are not linked. What problems are you solving with the product? Brightwheel is helpful for parent teacher communication.
What do you like best? Parents can easily access all of the happenings in their child’s day. What do you dislike? Brightwheel is often slow. Sometimes it freezes up as well making in-the-moment childcare difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can connect with parents immediately.

I use Brightwheel to connect with my students' parents
What do you like best? I love how each it is to message the entire group as well as how simply I can contact just one parent. It takes away from those awful group messages. Taking attendance, keeping track of birthdays, and reminding myself of allergies/pick up situations is so much easier when its right in my hand. What do you like best? User-friendly, lots of features, communication is easy with parents. My parents love that they can see the things that matter to them. It is a great selling point for my daycare. What do you dislike? They updated their billing page and I do not like it. It's less convenient and more confusing now. Gamechanger for the Childcare Industry
What do you like best? I love that this app allows us to communicate with parents in real time. It takes less time to submit items to brightwheel than to write out 12 daily sheets. It has helped to increase communication, streamline daily processes so we can spend more time with the kids and is a great selling tool for our preschool. What do you dislike?
