PROS: I am very pleased with this platform as we use it in every aspect of our business, from purchasing to inventory and demand forecasting. But what makes this application commendable is its top-notch customer support, always ready to help with every inquiry. CONS: I would love it if it can integrate with QuickBooks, an accounting software.

Worst experience ever had, potential users be aware!!!

PROS: It may be that the sales person had led us to have the wrong expectation. What is promised were never delivered and we were told many of them are not possible in the end. So we have to constantly make compromise eventually to an extent where it is not worth to onboard the project in the first place. What do you like best about Brightpearl? Having used Brightpearl for the last five years, it has seamlessly allowed us to run the business without any problems at all. What do you like best about Brightpearl? The integrations with online sales platforms are excellent, they are extremely powerful, we’d be lost without this. Connecting our Google workspace email allows us to see emails by customer within Brightpearl. This allows any staff member to pick up customer queries irrespective of who was initially dealing with them, enabling a much more collaborative supportive ways of working that improves customer service.
