What do you like best about Brightpearl? Brightpearl's inventory tracking is extremely reliable and easy to follow. When Brightpearl says we have an item in stock, that means we have it. I also have to mention their Customer Support. I have never worked with a system or company that is so compotent and prompt in responding to help questions. Combines well with our web platform, Magento, and each quarter shows improvements between how the two work better together. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? When Brightpearl is updating it's patches or supplementary code for smartforms, notice in advance would be beneficial. What do you like best about Brightpearl? We are a multi channel retailer and Brightpearl has streamlined our operations and made us much more efficient. What do you like best? I love that all of the order information is contained in one place. It is extremely user friendly and quick to pick up. What do you dislike? Can sometimes be slow or crash completely, which can be frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have accounts and sales information at hand and it is displayed in a user friendly way...great for setting sales targets

Brightpearls positives are numerous, From the stock tracking, the news feed for each retailer, the search systems to aid sales and even the simplistic nature so that new users are fast to pick up how to use the system. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? The main dislike would be the fact that Brightpearl does not have the ability to pre allocate stock. What do you like best? Since I have been using Brightpearl for almost 8 years a review is long overdue. My business has grown hugely over the last three years with turnover up 400% and profit up 500%. I can honestly say this would not have been possible without Brightpearl. By streamlining almost all of our business processes I have been able to keep staff to an absolute minimum as turnover has grown.
