PROS: I really admire the inventory tracking in Brightpearl. It's really simple and reliable too. There are no ambiguities regarding any items so everything is crystal clear. On top of that, the customer support is great. they respond quickly and make sure the problem is resolved. PROS: Brightpearl is easy to get used to. The client managment tools and analytics have helped us progress quicker. It works well with the web platform and we can see how big a differnece it has made to our business. What do you like best about Brightpearl? Brightpearl does nearly everything I need in my day to day business management. It includes all accounting functions , including allowing my accountant to make adjustments at the end of the year. It does all the stock and purchasing but importantly it integrates every sales channel like several Amazon Market places, Ebay and my Magento website.
