Brightpearl is fantastic! Since our company switched to this systems a few months ago our inventory issues have disappeared! It is so much easier to use than most other inventory systems and the support team at Brightpearl has been great and quick to respond. A++

After care support has been amazing with any issues quickly resolved. James Ewens in particular has always been patient and jargon free when we've had issues. His knowledge of the system helps us find solutions for things we didn't even realise we needed solutions for! Thanks James!

We have really grown to appreciate the small details that Brightpearl is able to track. Being able to know exactly what our costs are at all times is crucial and a huge pain to keep up with in general. Brightpearl certainly makes that a bit easier as well as being able to segment multiple warehouses for different purposes without crossing the vital information in between. Definitely would recommend to other businesses our size.
