The best business decision I have made in 10 yrs

We have been using Brightpearl for nearly 10 years now and it is the single best decision I have made since founding the company. We run wholesale, several b2c channels and a 3PL service all through it and it just works. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, the support is solid and the attitude of the team is great. I've recommended Brightpearl to several others over the years and will continue to do so.

"An excellent platform that we have not questioned staying with for 10years"

What do you like best about Brightpearl? Ease of running multiple sales channels, reporting and open API. Support is abnormally quick and useful as well. Bulk processing lots of orders and managing back orders and pre orders etc. We are all very familiar with Brightpearl now, but new staff always seem to get the hang of it quite quickly as well so i would say it is quite intuitive to ue. What do you dislike about Brightpearl? I think the CRM capabilities could be beefed up a bit more than ...

Early stages; so far so good

A very detailed onboarding process with an extremely efficient team, working hard to ensure they answer our queries quickly and honestly.No system is perfect, but on the face of things Brightpearl seems a perfect solution for us. For multi-channel sales and fulfilment we have looked at numerous ERP systems but none seem to be able to automate like Brightpearl.Looking forward to working with the team to go live in the next 4 months.

A very SME business friendly platform...

We've used the Brightpearl platform for our multiple selling channels since 2014 with great success. The support and account management teams are always there to help, whether by email or phone, communicate intelligently to queries and do their best to solve any problems in a timely manner.
