Used the product for about a year and a half, as our company started focusing on SEO.
What do you like best? Very inexpensive and simple tool. Ability to run local ranking reports as needed, as well as set up a schedule to automatically be emailed the reports. The back links tool was very helpful as well. What do you dislike? It was a fairly simple tool, so support was not needed that often, but when it was it was not always the quickest response.
