Harassed by ongoing sales calls and emails

I am being harassed by this company, by sales calls over the last 3 months. I have stated I do not require their service but they have kept emailing and phoning me. As they used by personal contact I have stated GDPR regulations to ask them to remove all my personal details

The training was good except in reality…

The training was good except in reality its now quite hard to recall it. The video link wasn't working so it was done over the phone which I don't think helped us. Overall happy with the service so far but will be asking for some support shortly. It was a lot to take in over a short time. At the time i thought we had it sorted but then other things take over and you forget. This is not the fault of the trainer. He was extremely patient.

Based on initial setup - great support, Simon was very patient and helpful. The app itself does not seem to account for employees who join as part timers then move onto full time in any working year.
