A great training session!
Lucy explained the system well and we all felt we understood it better on completion of the session. There is still a lot to learn but we have been reassured that we can seek as much help as we need. I am sure this system is going to work well for all our employees!

Clear and Informative
We had our introductory training from Alex Pearson on Friday which was excellent. As well as being clear and informative, Alex made us aware of things that we could do with the software that we hadn't been aware of.

Alex was very helpful and patient and offered first class training - (he had to ring me back 3 times as my mobile connection kept going down). Overall Bright HR are a very good company to deal with as their system is very good, clear and concise. Suggestion: Could there be a user tab to store the UK Citizenship right to work in the UK documentation that staff have to provide (like there is for VISA's)?
