Comprehensive guidance.
I received comprehensive training this morning with Shane Prime, Software Consultant. Shane explained each area of the HR facility and answered each of my questions in depth and with clarity. I was also guided to various training, relevant to individual sections should they be required. After Shane's guidance, I feel informed sufficiently to navigate each area with ease. Thank you Shane.

Today I had a call with Katie…
Today I had a call with Katie McLaughlin in regards to being a new client and what the BrightHR system had to offer. Katie was very patient and very understanding of myself and my line manager not knowing the system and what to do. Katie answered all of our questions and provided sound knowledge of the system which we hope will be a great asset to the Museum

Great Customer Service and Support
Great Customer Service and Support. Very easy to get in touch if you have any questions. Trainer very patiently took us through all aspects of the software. Bright HR software itself extremely user friendly and simple to use. Uncomplicated yet covers all of our business needs for a small company.
