"EXCELLENT INDUCTION"
What do you like best about BrightHR? Had a very patient and articulate guide to the Bright HR software by a young man who was only on his second "show around" the programme.

We had an training session with…
We had an training session with Sukvinder Singh, he was very knowledgeable, informative, patient and professional. He actually picked up the training from his scheduled colleague, as he was delayed with another call. He guided us through the Brighthr system, and we now feel equipped and ready to start using it. Thank you Sukey :)

Sukey was extremely knowledgeable
Sukey was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We had some IT glitches which mean't we took up a great deal of Sukey's time before he could give his presentation. He was gracious and came up with a 'work-a-round that enabled us to have a successful session.

Enthusiastic and Helpful
Sukvinder Singh (Sukey) was extremely enthusiastic and helpful during our BrightHR training sessions and left us feeling confident that comprehensive assistance would be available at the end of the phone if we ever had any issues. We think BrightHR is going to be a very valuable tool for us.

We have just enrolled onto Bright HR as our HR platform. We had many initial start up questions to ask but they were all answered for us. We were also directed to another department to deal with other questions so very pleased with the help desk service provision
