I had a great training session with…
I had a great training session with Shane, he was very thorough and very patient with my old brain trying to get around the programme. It propbably took twice as long as it should have! He watched while I imput my staff into parts of the system, to check my understanding-a lovely guy with a very nice disposition, i felt very supported. He sent me user guides and a follow up email to just after we finished the session.
