Esraa was an incredible help with setting up our documents. She is really knowledgeable and has taken a weight off my shoulders. The entire team at Bright HR have been really helpful. Can not recommend enough.

Very helpful & friendly
I had a set up call today with Rachel, she was extremely helpful and very friendly to deal with. I look forward to having her as our account manager. She went through everything very well until she was sure I understood everything. She followed up our phone call by sending user guides to me via email - these will be very useful! I look forward to using the system and having Rachel there to help when we need it. 10/10!!

Great service
I had queries regarding accessing the system and policies, all contact with Croner and BrightHR staff has been amazing! Emilia & Mark understood and looked after our company needs. Stella was patient and clear with ensuring I was able to access the documents on the BrightHR system. Pete & Charlotte emailed the necessary policies over.
