Daniel Chigwada really helped me with…
Daniel Chigwada really helped me with my concerns and was the only person to respond to any of my concerns both by telephone and email. He kept me informed all whilst i was waiting for management to contact me. I would definitely recommend using Bright HR as you can tell a lot about a company who still give you their undivided attention, even if you have an issue with something. Excellent Customer Service
Our company has recently signed up to BriteHR and received excellent service so far. Particular thanks to Scarlett Freeman who has been very efficient and fast responding to all document and policy enquiries, Samuel Lambrou who was patient, clear and knowledgeable when explaining the functionality of the website and Stephen OBrien for an easy and seamless signing up process.

Review of tech support received from Jordan Stigwood of BrightHR support team. I needed several unusual modifications to our current profiles for employees which I was unable to do on my own. Jordan made sure he understood our needs accurately. Then I appreciated the fact that he told me he needed to check one or two points with his colleagues.
