Always 5* Service
We have been using this service for over 12 months now, every single person we have ever spoken to has been friendly, supportive and always helpful. Every question has always been answered and followed up. I can honestly say this is my favourite bill at the end of each month we pay, it is worth every penny. Highly recommend!
I have recently signed up to Bright HR as a growing company and have found them to be fantastic! Their systems are so user-friendly and easy to operate, massively time saving and will mean that I can concentrate on other areas of my business as the HR will now almost take care of itself! BrightHR Introduction session
I recently had an intro session on BrightHR software with Natasha Okparavero, and it was great! Natasha was super patient and explained everything really clearly. She made sure I understood each feature and used real-life examples that made the software easy to get. She was always ready to answer questions and never made me feel rushed. Natasha's friendly and enthusiastic approach made learning BrightHR a breeze. Highly recommend her sessions!

BrightHR are very responsive…
BrightHR were really responsive in resolving the issue we had and gave valuable advice as to how to manage it. Lititia was particularly prompt with her communication which was clear and easy to understand.
