Darren Greenwood on Bright HR
Darren guided me through the system at the pace that was right for me - no messing about, followed my lead when I wanted to jump on to the next bit. Very refreshing to have someone who is not reading from a script and has the confidence to work through the system in the way I needed.

Callum Woodrow is now a poster pin up…
Callum Woodrow is now a poster pin up on the walls of our office. Everything explained clearly & slowly enough for us all to take in & make notes. We had more questions to ask than a toddler at Christmas, again Callum answered all with ease. If anything was undersold, Bright HR was. I nearly blew up at one stage when we discussed features I didn't know existed, blip, Pop, Exchange, Lightning. A great showing of true professionalism was I had spent all meeting calling him Hadesa. Good experience
Good experience - Callum was clearly spoken, knowledgeable about the portal and open to being questioned. We had a fairly fast-paced tour during our 50 minute sessions, but there was a lot to cover so not a complaint. We had opportunities to query anything we were not clear on and received good responses.

Brilliant business support service
I recently purchased Brighthr and it was followed by a Webinar re software. The agent/online trainer for Brighthr was very competent knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions as well as make suggestions beneficial to me making this easy and enjoyable. The site is extremely easy to use and is packed with every thing needed to enhance and support any business. There is a multitude of business enhancing tools all with great support from an agent or trainer etc. I am very pleased.
