Thank you very much to Gareth, from Customer Support, who was very patient, and very kindly talked me through setting up staff and there holidays, it is a lot clearer now.

Eden was very helpful today!
Eden was very helpful today even though I am not good with tech she was patient and did not make me feel silly. She took me all round bright safe and pointed out all the most important bits. She made it clear I can always ask for more help if needed.

Raffaella at bright onboarding was…
Raffaella at bright onboarding was excellent at delivering training. She uploaded examples on the screen and explained every point to me. I was able to go on to bright hr and follow all the available documents very easily

Nay Sayers into Yay sayers
Eden Flanagan guided us expertly through the BrightHR system today. Even though our appointment was scheduled for just 30mins, we ended up taking over 2hrs of Eden's time. However, as a result of Eden's help, she very cleverly managed to turn the nay sayers, into excitement at the prospect of how this system could support our business.

Eden Flanagan guided us expertly through the BrightHR system today. Even though our appointment was scheduled for just 30mins, we ended up taking over 2hrs of Eden's time. However, as a result of Eden's help, she very cleverly managed to turn the nay sayers, into excitement at the prospect of how this system could support our business.

Had a teams presentation this morning with Gareth Cartledge, it was well presented and covered the Bright HR Platform very well. Gareth was very clear on explaining the different functions availabe and it seems very easy to use based on his presentation
