"Brightflag is great!"

What do you like best about Brightflag? I think my CSM (Ethan Prevoznak) makes Brightflag experience amazing! I seriously commend him for being such a reliable resource. We have a CSM with another platform, and the experience is literally day and night. I think the 1:1, hands on experience elevates the entire experience of the platform. The white glove service is truly unmatched.

What do you like best about Brightflag? Having never used a system before, Brightflag has an easy set up process with hands-on help throughout. Once initiated, Brightflag continues to provide hands-on support with a dedicated Customer Success contact. We meet bi-monthly to cover any issues and we have constant contact as needed.
