"Good 3D software with a great customer service"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? The software is very easy to understand if you know the basics of Autocad and for any trouble of question the customer service is very fast and responsive. The software is not particularly heavy for the PC. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? Even with a good customer service, some issues are, in the end, set as "will be solved with future updates", and there is no feedback on it if it happens. Would be nice to know it! What do you like best about BricsCAD? Friendly interface, responding quickly to most of the tools, also the online tutorials are really helpful. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? Since this moment, I cannot find something specific I don't like in the software. What problems is BricsCAD solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about BricsCAD? Interface and the look & feel. I use BIM version and it's very intuitive. In case there are some issues there is perfect helpdesk What do you dislike about BricsCAD? As Mac user, there are some limitations and there were more bugs in the earlier versions. All of them solved within a couple updates. What do you like best about BricsCAD? I was forced to finally upgrade my Windows OS to 10, rendering my suite of legacy software obsolete. The interface is almost identical, and I previously relied on macros which are identical with Brics. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? It took me a little while to navigate and figure out the Options menu, but once those settings were mastered, the look and feel of the program and its stability inspired confidence.
