"Brics!"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? The ability to open and change drawings from Autocad and solidworks. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? Opening and manipulating 3D and step drawings can be difficult, but it does work. What problems is BricsCAD solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping my company ahead of drawing requests.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? QUAD is the best thing I like about Bricscad among many others, it makes it very mouse-friendly and does not need to remember commands and is good for people like me who like minimal usage of keystrokes. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? Certain good ACAD features still missing no multi-thread support yet What problems is BricsCAD solving and how is that benefiting you? Lightweight, less expensive. There are some good features to make it more ...

"Easy transition from AutoCAD"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? So easy transition from AutoCAD to BricsCAD. All funcions I need are there and I even did not notice that I am using different software! What do you dislike about BricsCAD? Same as other CAD products, I have to set up all these personal settings to apply whenever upgrades. It would be great, if upgrade is more seamless What problems is BricsCAD solving and how is that benefiting you? AutoCAD annual subscription model is higher cost. BricsCAD eliminated this!

"A Great Reasonably Priced CAD Soultion (especially for Linux users)"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? My main reason for trying BricsCAD was the software I previously used to work from home discontinued support for Linux. I was pleasantly surprised to find that BricsCAD Pro is a full-featured 2d & 3d design tool that still offers perpetual licensing as well as subscription-based options. For my needs of working from home & designing items to be 3d printed it's superior to my previous CAD software which was 2d only. Of course, BricsCAD is much more ...

"Best alternative for AutoCAD on all operating systems"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? The interface is very friendly for AutoCAD users. New skills are not required. Working from minute one. The price plans are very flexible. I use it in Windows and Linux without any issue. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? At this moment, nothing. Maybe the Linux version sometimes is a bit different from the Windows version, but this is not a problem. What problems is BricsCAD solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm drawing mechanical drawings, 2D ...

"Excellent alternative to Autocad"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? Pretty much a seamless alternative to Autocad products. We are using the 2D Drafting and Mechanical Design packages, with rendering add-ons. Unlike some other alternatives, we have tried, BricsCAD is a stable system with excellent technical support. Our local reseller also offered an extended trial period when the original proved too short. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? Nothing to dislike, some minor differences between BricsCAD and Autocad, but ...

"Great CAD software"

What do you like best about BricsCAD? Easy to use and value for money. Help always on hand if required. What do you dislike about BricsCAD? Steep learning curve when trying to use more complex point cloud features. Works OK but not quite there yet. What problems is BricsCAD solving and how is that benefiting you? Cost savings compared to competitors is the biggest factor.
