What do you like best? The initial startup with Brex takes no time whatsoever and the user interface enables easy management of expenses without any worries. Time saver

What do you like best? Take a picture of receipt using phone and upload. That's it. No more paperwork! What do you dislike? I was not able to upload receipt once and that caused some problem. This happened only once and that is a good thing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Simplicity and ease of use. What problems are you solving with the product? Totally disorganized experience - I feel like my business EIN was stolen.

Totally disorganized experience. They say the will give you a loan, want all your banking log in details to “verify “ your loan without a credit check. I opted not to and was told I could send financial statements. Without a day passing I received an email saying it could not be processed because they HAD evaluated my finances and I didn’t qualify. What do you like best? Brex has excellent customer service and the user-interface online and on the app is extremely easy. What do you dislike? No downsides that we have experienced thus far. What do you like best? Finally, someone fixed the pain points for small organizations with multiple card holders. Namely, all prior banks insist that the Executive Director take full liability for all expenses by card holders and be the ONLY person with authority to add/change card holders or card holder limits. What do you like best? It was easy to get my Brex card (no personal guarantee) but what I like most is there are no annual fees and it comes with generous rewards.
