Great option for startups of all stages
What do you like best? I most like Brex for: - Ease of use - Offering both a virtual & physical card - Being able to sync my account with QuickBooks - Ability to earn points What do you dislike? At first the minimum balance requirements were too high for an early-stage startup however then they partnered with organizations such as Female Founders Alliance and offered a lower threshold. This enabled me to join. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Great solution for nonprofit agencies!
What do you like best? Incredibly powerful solution for nonprofit agencies. MUCH easier than our traditional credit card tied to our brick and mortar bank. Receipt capture is a godsend. No more lost or misplaced receipts. Ability to give multiple employees cards with different limits helpful. What do you dislike? The most frustrating downside is the occasional need to relink bank account, it somehow loses connection. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Great banking service
What do you like best? I love the convenience of payment to national and international vendors. What do you dislike? It is hard to get a rep on the phone at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I stopped using plastiq to pay international vendors and eliminated fees for transfers. I am able to keep tabs on my account information much better.

Great credit card for startups
What do you like best? It was easy to apply. It's made for startups, and they understand very well the space, especially the financials of venture-backed startups. As for the product, I particularly like their online capabilities. You can do everything you need from the web app. I particularly like the ability to block cards, as well as generate virtual cards on the fly. What do you dislike? The integration with our bank (First Republic) is not great. We've also had issues when ...

Great card for startups
What do you like best? Easy to earn points, integrated with systems to auto vend new virtual cards to employees, etc. and points get valuable multiples for things we're already buying anyway. What do you dislike? There really isn't much to change. Would be nice to be able to share points out as "gifts" to my employees. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us manage easy ways for employees to buy the software and tools ...

Seemless onboarding
What do you like best? I like the ease of use of setting up the entire system. From being approved, to adding users, to linking Quickbooks, it is all a breeze. What do you dislike? I don’t like that I can’t see each card’s activity separately. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like to easily close cards and change limits.

Brex is the best financial account out of all that we have.
What do you like best? It's very easy to use, it very easy to manage users, their cards and limits. And, no fees for ACH and wires! What do you dislike? Reference field for wires is too short. If paying for multiple invoices, there may not be enough room. No QFX format for transactions export. Recommendations to others considering the product: Brex is wonderful! However, you do need to have cash reserves. If you rely on revolving credit for your operations, it may not work ...
