Brex has been absolutely amazing for my business. Once I had my account set up I instantly put all of my funds to work and was able to track them with precision. Brex also connected to my accounting software making things extremely easy and pleasant to track.

1) Like Instant feedback with receipt in-app function.2) Easily manage the card usage. It's like an internet experience other than a traditional bank feeling.3) For the company backend admin, there are some interface difficulties with Plaid.4) Support is very efficient. It seems Brex put real experts at the front line and they cover each other seamlessly. Quick weblinks solve the problems quickly.

The Brex card is great
The Brex card is great. I like that I receive a text when I make a purchase with my physical card and I can easily see my virtual card expenses on the website. I have no complaints.

Brex has by far the nicest support staff of any company. Great to work with they are too notch. Full support of their business as they give you every once of support right back. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time signing up with Brex
I signed up for a business account on February 28, 2021. Brex approved my account and sent me a routing number, account number, and Debit card. After I linked my checking account and added $1.00 (as a test) to my Brex account, I received an email a few days later informing me that my account was temporarily suspended, and the review process would take up to 5 business days. After 5 business days and I did not hear back from anyone, I emailed their support team on March 13th. Received a ...
