What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? Breeze is an intuitive, easy to lean, cloud-based database and contribution tracking tool. With the functionality to create accounts with different levels of access, staff and volunteers are able to access what is necessary for their work without having blanket access. What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? What I like best about breeze is how simple it is to use. As our office is comprised of different skill set when it comes to technology, one thing that is consistent is the ability of them to use Breeze and being able to limit what they have access to.

We utilize Breeze for check-in for events, especially for weekly children's programs. Group leaders use the "tag" system to manage and communicate with their teams. What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? My favorite part of Breeze is ease of use. We can customize fields to meet our needs, and if we find a new way to organize information, it's easy to move things around without losing anyone's info.

PROS: It's useful that we have lanyards with scan-ready codes, instead of taking time to search for each person that enters. CONS: Volunteer scheduling could be improved and be made easier to understand, otherwise, the tendency is that we're being penalized for exceeding our volunteer allotment.

What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? Breeze's customer service is out of this world. They helped our church move data over from another CHMS, and when we ran into multiple problems with the old system, they helped me troubleshoot multiple times. Their customer service is incredibly responsive, with detailed answers to questions, and I can find out a lot online too with a simple search of their Knowledge Base articles. What do you like best about Breeze ChMS? Breeze is cloud-based, so I can access our database anywhere I can access the Internet. The fee structure is quite modest for a cloud-based database. It is very user friendly. Our church staff has learned to navigate and use Breeze with little trouble. Between tutorials, knowledge base articles and Breeze staff, migrating from our past local database was literally a breeze!
