What do you like best about Braze? Of all the platforms I had the pleasure of working with, Braze is the clearest and most data-driven option. It offers unparalleled options when it comes to automated campaign and journey creation, as well as custom attribute and event importation, segmentation and targeting.

What do you like best about Braze? Braze makes the set up of user communications super user friendly. You can easily understand the performance and impact of a campaign. The Canvas tool allows for more complex lifecycle campaigns. It also makes audience segmentation simple. You don't need to code or know SQL to use Braze making it insanely powerful. Their customer service & account management team is full of great and helpful people.
