Great product!
What do you like best? The features I use the most are post volume, demographic information, and topic wheels. I feel that these are very helpful and accurate. What do you dislike? Sometimes I am hesitant to rely 100% on the post volume using keywords, sometimes I am not sure I am getting the most accurate numbers for the platforms I need to monitor. I also don't like how many smaller platforms are included in the totals - forums, comments etc. Also post list could be cleaned up a ...

Fast, user friendly, great visualization of unstructured data
What do you like best? The tool is easier and faster to use than Sysomos. I like the opinion monitor's ability to sort & train conversations and I appreciate the tool quantifying the conversations. It is easy to add and discount conversational categories - which makes it easier for benchmarking a brand's participation or inclusion in key conversations. What do you dislike? As with most social listening tools, I can alway use more functionality - more manipulation of word clouds, ...

I use this monitoring platform for a big client in order to send buzz monitoring report
What do you like best? Graphics, dashboards, drill dow graphs and query constructions. What do you dislike? It's a good platform, in my opinion. But I think that other platforms (i.e. Tracx) are stronger on social network sphere. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring report

The Best Social Analytics Tool Out There
What do you like best? Customer service: When things to do get a little complicated or if we encounter issues, the Brandwatch team is always there to help at the click of a button. Ease of use: I first started using Brandwatch in 2012 and even as a beginner to the world of social analytics, I found understanding the tool to be fairly straight forward. The learning process has continued since then. In depth analysis - the ability to track and delve deeper into the social ...

Great tool for in-depth social media monitoring and analysis
What do you like best? The customizable dashboards and intense, deep dive analytics this tool provides are incredibly useful. There is an immense wealth of data available provided you have the proper Boolean queries put in on the back end. What do you dislike? The tool is not cheap. All of the analytics and data certainly come at a cost. Small businesses or those with low budgets likely will not be able to afford. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure ...

5 years with Brandwatch and counting
What do you like best? All great enterprise-class social media monitoring and analytic platforms starts with great query writing features. Brandwatch has the best query writing features and operators available I've seen in any product on the market. A great tool, but still some room for improvement in certain components
What do you like best? I love how easy and flexible the tool is to use. Query writing is getting improving. What do you dislike? There are certain components, specifically around demographics, that would be great to drill deeper in. Also an easier way to monitor comments and video content would be great. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would say get a demo and play around with the tool to verify if it's actually going to solve your problems. What ...
