Love this interface!
What do you like best? Brandfolder has made sharing assets with my team so easy, there are no questions on how to use it and assets download in a flash. What do you dislike? I would love for there to be a way to make "selects" for imagery or a color tagging or starring system (so we can rank images What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? how to share assets throughout our company and for people to have access anywhere and everywhere. My ...

Easy Access
What do you like best? Easy to upload and download, tag and search What do you dislike? Haven't found anything yet! The only think I can think of is with the search function. When you click the X to eliminate the search, it takes you back to the ALL section instead of the section you were in searching (such as images. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are eliminating the problem of having to be connected to the network to share ...

Caters to the complexity of multi-brand organizations
What do you like best? So many digital asset managers out there fall into the folder / subfolder order and are virtually the same as using a windows server. Brandfolder goes a step above and considers the end users in the organization and design. What do you dislike? Some organizations try to take greater control over their tags and taxonomy. Brandfolder is second to none for this, but, the idea of using tags to organize is a bit dated and subject to human error. Brandfolder should share ...

Brandfolder has been an invaluable tool for sharing our creative assets!
What do you like best? It is extremely easy to find, share or download assets. It is also very flexible with managing, uploading and tagging assets. What do you dislike? The Insights tool has not worked as I hoped it would. I have been relying on Brandfolder's customer service to pull accurate data. Chelsea has been very responsive with this task, but I am not sure I am receiving the value that I am paying for the Insights add on, since I am unable to pull accurate reports by myself. What ...

Customer Service experts
What do you like best? We've chatted with Shannon and Casey often to share UI suggestions, internal user issues, and assistance with setting up/maintaining Brandfolder correctly for our 1,600 employees. What do you dislike? I'm a bit of a report/data/analytics nerd and I wish the Insights and exporting feature was more interactive - meaning more sorting options, better search functionality for finding certain users engagement over an extended time, etc. What business problems are you ...

Easy
What do you like best? It’s easy to use and has an easy to understand interface that makes everything simple. What do you dislike? But anything I’ve discovered yet. I’ve been using it 2 years! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No benefits, just makes my job easy.

It's like a folder
What do you like best? Organizations. Brandfolder makes it so easy a 2 year old could use it. I love how sleek and easy to navigate through, brandfolder is awesome. You have a client for life here!! What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a login glitch that says I didn't enter my password... I use auto-fill ... so that sometimes slows me down. My profile never wants to stay up to date longer than a month... but I think that is on my part. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

Great organization, very intuitive!
What do you like best? I love that this platform is super easy to use and figure out. Big buttons, easy to navigate icons, very user-friendly. I love the set- up of categories, then within there being able to break down the brand into more categories + using pins and tags makes it easy to find things. What do you dislike? I don't like the automatic word pickup that populates the big box. 99% of the time they're words that don't make sense, they actually confuse what we're trying to do and ...

Easy to use, great metrics
What do you like best? I like the way Brandfolder lets the admins control who sees and is allowed to do what and how visual the overview of assets is. The fact that people can turn files that usually can only be used by designers into PNGs and JPGs in the needed dimensions saves us a lot of time. We always receive prompt and friendly support when needed. What do you dislike? I'm having a bit of a hard time getting our audience to understand how to navigate between collections and ...
